What information do we collect?

We collect the personal and health information needed to provide chiropractic care: your name, contact details, date of birth, health history, health fund details, imaging reports and clinical notes.

When you use this website we collect the details you enter in a form, and basic analytics such as the page you came from and advertising click identifiers.

How do we use it?

To provide and plan your care, process health fund and Medicare claims, send appointment reminders and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your information.

Who do we share it with?

Only with people involved in your care or payment, such as your GP, an imaging provider, your health fund or Medicare, or where the law requires it.

How is it stored?

Clinical records are kept in secure practice software with restricted access, and held for the periods required by NSW health records law.

Can I see or correct my records?

Yes. Ask the practice manager in writing and we will respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
